On Windows, I use Scoop http://scoop.sh/ (vaguely similar to homebrew on OSX). There's a Rust package which will install all the dependencies for you. It hasn't been bumped to 0.9 yet, but I assume that'll happen soon.


Just tried Scoop - very useful especially the sudo for Windows.
