Actually reading that article you link, that seems like a pretty massive mischaracterization of that lawsuit.

Yeah, it's a bad article, but the best I could find. The article is slanted because the it only contains quotes from SpaceX, so you hear only one side of the story, with nothing from the defense. The case was settled.

Unless there is absolutely no truth whatsoever to SpaceX's side of the story, that guy sounds like a major sleaze who deserved a lawsuit.
