A remarkably stupid decision, but an unsurprising one. Now my mother who is in her late 50s with a host of health conditions will need to fight her insurance company or whoever does the at-risk check to prove she needs it.
Protest and vote for candidates that support a comprehensive social safety net and a civilized society that cares more about its non-rich citizens than lining its own pockets. Doing nothing is silence and silence gives consent.
