This would be pretty cool in combination with something like ExplainShell, since most of the time you use something like this it's because you're not so familiar with the relevant commands that you know what they mean from memory.
It might also be better to just spit the commands out as output, more like the tldr pages. Pre-typing them at the command line on behalf of the user seems like asking for trouble.
