I frequently set up static websites for my projects, and I usually want to add a contact form rather than an email address. I currently use Mailchimp for this, but it is inconvenient because they aren't set up for managing multiple website contact forms (you need to create a separate account for each site, and re login to each one to manage it).
What are some good hosted contact form services that can easily be embedded or linked from a static website? Preferably I can have a single account and manage multiple contact forms.
