I'll take this as a joke, and I would want to believe that you're joking and not actually consider anything, dear IBM. If you are willing to really help, the easiest path would be to leave the actual decisions to a real human president and use watson as an advisor/tool. Otherwise you're just asking us to vote a private for-profit company to make most decisions in this country.
