This person should have been awarded mid five figures from Comcast. I wonder if any legal team looked into the possibility of suing them and/or the the municipality?


It's a crazy world when you can sue someone for not selling you something.

Why should they have to sell it to you?

Why do you Americans always think about suing someone?


Presumably Canada or wherever you are from has some sort of formal system in place for situations where, for example, contractual terms are breached
