gemini embedding 2 converts straight video to vectors. in this case, dashcam clips don't have audio to transcribe and even if they did, it would be useless in the search
Oh shove off with this Puritan attitude. First off, you're implying most of PornHub is rape. That'a ridiculous; no one is uploading videos of actual rape to PornHub.
Secondly, porn ≠ abuse. It's an actual industry and so obviously the treatment of women varies by company.
Simply put, if you don't like porn, DON'T WATCH IT. Don't try to shove your personal beliefs on everyoje else.
I didn't know that, but it doesn't surprise me. The hyperconservative scumbags (alas I repeat myself) will stoop to anything to shove their beliefs on everyone else.
That feels weird to me as well. I get that they need to trial it, but United States, France, Germany and the United Kingdom isn't really the countries I'd priorities for a free VPN.
I understand that a number of people in both the US and the UK is struggling right now and may not be able to affort a VPN, but their primary need is to avoid age restriction, while a large number countries are censoring the internet for political reasons. That latter seems more important to address.

Toxicity is dehumanizing language, threats, doxxing, encouraging self-harm, that sort of thing. We have taught it examples of various levels, so it can align with those to report a score. Something like an unpleasant, insulting attitude to someone personally is fairly low on the toxic scale (but still toxic, it's not the right way to interact), whereas threats of violence or encouraging self-harm are very high.

People vibe one-off solutions for themselves all the time. They just don't have the desire to productionalize them. Frankly, product knowledge is something LLMs are not that good at
Same. I hate doing mobile coding, but just in the last few months I AI-coded 3 apps specifically for my needs. They'll never get released publicly, because they'd need polish and features that I don't care about personally. They potentially replace some SaaS too.
It can. It's just not needed for my own apps. It would be needed for a public release and I'm just... not interested in that enough. It would cost me time and likely never get enough return.
Very specific training app for guitar with spaced repetition, automated message forwarder (all good ones demand subscription), and something very specific to me.
Low code solutions like PowerApps I bang out stuff like this all the time. If your use case is limited enough, it makes lazy developers very productive.
They dont have to be, they just have to be smart enough to remove anything that sounds like a brand from a "good cloud model". This is barely beyond if-else if we start tracking all brands doing the advertising
And for the rest, why not wait a few months until the cheap Chinese model is on par (or better)?
If OpenAI introduced ads to my workflow after all the money I've paid them, there's 0 loyalty or "ethically American" purchase decision vs paying the Chinese.
