I think Google has turned to garbage and especially for product reviews there is a flood of affiliate marketing grifters in every category. It takes effort and sometimes payment to find good reviews these days.

And with SUVs, great combination.

AI just means software at this point.

This is a excellent article for anyone looking for some more in-depth analysis of tabulation based hashing methods: https://arxiv.org/abs/1505.01523

I think the app.cs approach is mainly for single file apps/scripts. While this is small there are two projects and several files so a solution + project files seems totally standard.

I think both missiles and drones can launch from trucks.

This looks like a great project for laser cutting, but I'm actually more interested in the peg-board itself. I would love to have a big one for the kids room that was compatible with the BRIO construction sets.

Ha, I didn't even know BRIO had a construction set. We have the BRIO train and lots of LEGO here, but that somehow never crossed my radar. Now I kind of have to get one :)

For a bigger pegboard, I'd almost certainly go the plywood route, ideally with access to a CNC drill or a laser cutter through some community workshop. The hole precision mattered more than I expected, and getting a whole board right with a handheld drill was surprisingly tedious.

They are great sets. I would worry there would be lots of small splinters coming from the holes with plywood, at least with pine it looks like it would be an issue. Do you use pine or poplar or birch or bamboo or something else? Thanks.

Your instinct is right - pine is just too soft for this, and I would expect the holes to splinter.

I used oak plywood, and it has held up well so far, including in our kitchen. You do get the occasional tiny splinter, but nothing serious.

The main trick for getting clean holes, especially on the back side, is to drill into a sacrificial board so the exit side stays supported.

Thank you so much, hope I can find a way to get this done!

I don’t care if my shooter game “community” is toxic. I don’t have any interaction with the “community” other than to try and virtually kill its members. I wish my chess app had anti-cheat, there are just some people who will cheat and any game is more fun if they can be prevented from playing.

Emacs ofc :) seriously it should not be too much work although org-mode syntax would be even easier, there is a markdown mode here: https://jblevins.org/projects/markdown-mode/ The email part is not something i have done myself but it has been a feature for a very long time and you can find plenty of guides online.
