it would be nice if natural talents didnt exist and life was more like World of War Craft, where everyone starts with a blank slate and skills are only earned by effort and hardwork. Thats not how it is though, so whenever I hear a term like 'ableism' it makes me cringe. I will never be as fast as Usain Bolt. Sometimes it doesnt make sense to pretend the playing field is level just so nobody gets tgeir feelings uurt.
Im a junior salesman at a mid level paper company. My day-to-day is pretty standard. Ill meet a few clients maybe close a sale or two. I do have to stay vigilant though because some of my coworkers are very unprofessional and like to waste time on pranks. Fortunately though, my boss is a great guy, and my personal mentor. Ever since he named me assistant to the regional manager, our branch has dominated the northeastern regional paper market.
All in all, it not a bad gig. I have a 50 acre beat farm which I run together with my cousin, so that keeps me busy and entertained.
