You can use the lichen punctelia rudecta + some urine for natural purple dye. Absolutely shits on tyrian purple.

Oh, awesome!! Funny how urine is so commonly used in dyeing.... I wonder how consumers feel about that but also maybe they don't need to know lol

Lol good point -- woops! But maybe I should look into how tie-dye was invented for a future post.... it's gotta be mildly interesting.
